Bentley Pavilion is a flexible and welcoming venue offering spaces suitable for private celebrations, community events, meetings, corporate functions, and larger occasions. Our Main Hall offers plenty of room for guests alongside a stage, while our Café-Bar Boston & Co, provides a more intimate option for smaller gatherings.
We aim to make organising an event as straightforward as possible, with flexible hire packages, a fully stocked on-site bar, catering options, and support from a dedicated event coordinator. Clients are welcome to bring in their own entertainment and suppliers, such as DJs, bands, and decorators, giving them the freedom to make the space their own.
Our flexible business packages are designed to suit everything from small meetings and workshops to larger conferences of up to 120 guests. Room hire includes complimentary use of our projector and screen as standard. We also offer options for community events, with reduced or waived room hire available in some circumstances.
Capacity / Delegates:
We can accommodate up to 120 seated guests, and up to 200 people in total. Full-day and hourly hire options are available. The venue is fully accessible, with no-step entrances, wide doors and disabled toilets.
