Available seven days a week, the venue offers exclusive private hire from 5:00pm onwards, accommodating up to 90 guests for events including business networking evenings, awards celebrations, charity events, birthdays, reunions and receptions. Packages start from just £17 per person and can include bespoke catering, welcome drinks and tailored entertainment options.
For smaller gatherings and informal events, the venue’s dedicated private space, the Latte Room, provides an ideal setting for up to 40 guests. Equipped with an 80-inch screen, private sound system, moveable tables and chairs and additional privacy features, the space is perfectly suited for smaller celebrations, networking sessions and group events.
The Highfield Coffee Social team works closely with customers to create personalised experiences, whether that involves corporate hospitality, private dining, celebration packages or tailored event setups. The venue also collaborates with trusted local suppliers for entertainment, venue styling and additional event services.
